Qatar and Guyana have embarked on a new chapter of collaboration with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) focused on advancing agriculture and technology. The agreement was formalized by Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Qatar’s Minister of Municipality, and Hugh Hilton Todd, Guyana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
